Job Description In this role, you will work with the regional Director of Product Management to drive the strategic direction of NetSuite ERP product line in the ANZ market. You will be collaborating closely with Product Managers, Product Design, Engineering and other NetSuite value streams and business units to build and drive a portfolio roadmap that aligns with organizational goals. As a senior member of the product team this role requires a detail-oriented, action-oriented leader who can balance both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll influence and mentor others leading by example and fostering a collaborative environment. You will be a strategic thinker with the ability to craft and execute a product vision that supports the Netsuite business objectives in ANZ and its contribution to global business objections. You will have over 10 years xxperience in leading global teams across international time zones and managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch at scale. As part of this you will be able to demonstrate a Proven track record of driving product and service innovation, and show your success in using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and inform decisions. Responsibilities - Manage the ANZ Localization roadmap and SuiteApp from concept/compliance requirement through to delivery and subsequent usage surveys. - Work with local and regional Product GTM Organisation from strategic goals and local needs identification through to enablement of NetSuite and partners to deliver solutions. - Liaise closely with sales and pre-sales teams to identify needs for functionality to continue to grow our market and maintain NetSuite's position as market leader and a thought leader in the SME Cloud ERP solution space. - Be the key person to provide interface to broader Product organisation for ANZ based account, sales, support and service organisations.
