About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading daily operations and driving sales.
You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop strategies and implement processes that drive business results.
* Help to develop the next generation of leaders in our stores by providing training and coaching to team members.
* Maintain a safe and clean store environment by ensuring all safety protocols are followed and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
* Manage inventory levels and minimize losses through effective stock management.
* Work collaboratively with your team on register operations, merchandising, and other tasks as required.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the development of new ideas.
