We have an exciting full time permanent opportunity for a highly motivated and professional individual to join the Field Service team in the role of **Equipment Service Planner**.
Working with a great team at our Clayton branch, you will be reporting directly to the Metro Group Field Supervisor and be responsible for maintaining customer coordination and information around our Equipment Services Vehicle (Lube Truck) planning.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This position will suit a highly organised and motivated person that enjoys providing outstanding customer service through their strong administration and communication skills.
**Your key responsibilities and daily activities will be to**:
- Respond to incoming calls and requests for Preventative Maintenance (PM) servicing
- Confirm all bookings for services and provide customers with confirmations and updates
- Schedule and update labour and vehicle resources for all PM services
- Communicate planned services to technicians and lube truck operators
- Order parts and miscellaneous for PM servicing / work orders
- Maintain documentation associated with service work orders
- Prepare work order job reports

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed data entry and administrative skills
- Self-motivated, reliable and detail focused
- Ability to manage tasks simultaneously including planning work outside of normal hours
- A calm disposition when planned work timing changes
- Experience working within a similar industry will be highly regarded
- A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
