Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Administration Assistant to join our Health & Safety team in Brisbane. This permanent, full-time role is essential for supporting our operations and ensuring efficient administrative processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining our commitment to health and safety standards, contributing to a safe working environment for all employees. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Health & Safety team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of health and safety documentation and reports. Coordinate training sessions and workshops related to health and safety protocols. Maintain accurate records and databases related to health and safety compliance. Respond to inquiries and provide information regarding health and safety policies and procedures. Support the team in conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in administration or health and safety is an advantage. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
