Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Library Systems Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the library's systems and digital tools, including the research repository, discovery platform, and library website.
You will work within a small team, supporting a wide range of users while contributing to projects that improve the digital library experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and has a strong understanding of university libraries and digital information environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A relevant qualification at degree level or above, with experience in academic libraries or with digital systems highly desirable.
* Familiarity with the application and management of systems within the academic library context, e.g. resource discovery, metadata, and accessibility standards.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver practical solutions.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
* Enthusiasm for improving digital experiences in a library setting.

Benefits:
This position offers a full-time, continuing (permanent) opportunity with flexible location and relocation support. The base salary ranges from $92,716 - $101,691 per annum, plus 17% employer's contribution to superannuation.
