**Responsibilities**:
Delivery of contract administration functions in support of statutory requirements of policies and procedures based on
NSW public sector financial management and accounting.
Implement proactive continuous improvement methods for maintenance of contractor coordination/documentation/reports in a rapidly changing environment.
Provide an integrated and coordinator approach to ICT contract data maintenance to ensure reports/minutes are
developed and maintained in a timely manner.
Analyse, plan and prioritise issues surrounding maintenance of ICT contract data and provide recommendations in line with internal policies and procedures to the Manager for remediation.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to build solid working relationships and partnerships.
Extract and validate information from computerised accounting and software systems for ICT contract data maintenance and management.
**Must have**:
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience of using relevant contracting portals/systems.
Min 2 years' experience in a similar role as an ICT Contract Coordinator or Administrator within Government
Knowledge and understanding of the NSW Government ICT Procurement Framework.
Demonstrated ability to establish strong Stakeholder relationships.
Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of Products (such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Patient, collaborative, go getter, drive and enthusiastic, energetic person.
Team orientated and ability to work autonomously.
