About You
High interpersonal communication and organisational skills
Experience in Disability, Health, or Employment sectors is preferred
Ability to overcome objections and break down employment barriers for people with disabilities
Awareness of employment vulnerabilities and the effects of unemployment
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Hold a current Working With Vulnerable People Check (required prior to employment, with reimbursement on commencement if successful)
Ability to obtain a police check (arranged through MAX)
Ability to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to employment
