Our school model includes both a mainstream setting and a dedicated Endorsed Education Support Program, enabling us to provide tailored learning pathways and inclusive practices that honour the diverse strengths of our students.
Our Education Support Program provides specialised teaching and learning from Kindergarten to Year 6 for students with a diverse range of needs. Purpose-built facilities and experienced staff allow us to deliver individualised programs that promote independence, confidence, and academic growth.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Education Support Teacher to join our endorsed Education Support Program. The successful applicant will ideally display knowledge and application of the Abilities Based Learning and Education WA (ABLEWA) curriculum, with the capacity to design and implement highly individualised learning programs that cater for students with a wide range of academic, communication, social-emotional, independence and behaviour needs.
The successful teacher would have experience in developing, monitoring and reviewing Special Educational Needs (SEN) documented plans, ensuring that student goals are targeted, purposeful and achievable. A strong understanding of effective pedagogy to support differentiated teaching in literacy, numeracy, life skills and functional learning contexts is essential.

* hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
* be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
* apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start; and
* consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
