We are looking for multiple professional Personal Care Assistants to come on board with us and work with our clients who can make a difference by supporting the lives of people within aged care and assisting them in achieving their goals and living their best life with in

You will be providing high-quality care to residents by tending to their physical, social and cultural needs within various homes.
**About you**
***
**Essential**:
- Commit to a minimum of 3 days a week and 5 hours a day
- Valid driver's License & Car Insurance
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Certificate III or IV in Individual Support.
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid and CPR
- Current Flu Vaccination
**Desirable**:
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to older people and their families.
- Ability to understand and implement resident care plans.
- Ability to identify problems with an understanding of relevant escalation processes.
- Pro-active and dedicated approach to delivering best-practice care.
- Availability to work with dayshift (7am to 5pm)
