Job Details
This position is responsible for coordinating and assisting with facility management services at nominated sites, reporting to a Project Manager.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar role, preferably with trade knowledge.
Key responsibilities include ensuring statutory maintenance is provided and measured at all sites, monitoring completion of planned maintenance and delivery of services according to scope and quality, managing cost control through initiatives and contractor efficiencies, providing leadership and direction to contractors, and complying with contractual KPIs.
