We are looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Casual Guest Experience Attendant to join Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort, nestled in the heart of the Snowy Mountains.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service across reception and guest-facing areas
* Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and general enquiries
* Provide guests with helpful information about the resort and local area
* Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs, ensuring a positive experience
* Support the operational team with administrative tasks as required
* Maintain a high standard of presentation across guest areas
Qualifications
* A warm, friendly, and professional approach
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
* Availability across a flexible roster, including weekends and peak resort periods
