About the Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role is responsible for supporting student engagement and pre-assessment processes for various Asuria Training Programs. The role involves outbound calls to students for pre-assessment and support, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while maintaining student records and assisting with onboarding within a target-driven environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure students receive timely and relevant support during pre-assessment processes.
This is a permanent part-time position, Mon-Fri, 30.4 hours per week, with flexibility to work 5 days part-time hours or 4 full days.
Requirements:
* Employment Services or similar industry experience will be highly regarded
* Customer service, contact centre, sales, retail or administration experience is advantageous
* Certificate level or above in Business Administration and/or Employment Services is beneficial but not essential
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all stakeholder groups, especially students
A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory prior to employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID to access Government data relevant to the role.
