About The Opportunity
This is a leadership position within the Business Support team, responsible for guiding and enabling small and family businesses across metropolitan Adelaide and regional rural South Australia.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, program management, and team leadership. They will possess a deep understanding of economic development, business growth, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Business Support officers to provide information on planning, starting, running or exiting a business, and support programs for small and family businesses.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for collaboration and facilitate knowledge sharing across government, industry, and community sectors.
* Develop and deliver programs, projects, and services that increase business capability and capacity.
* Provide direction and leadership to team members to achieve strategic objectives.
