Role Description
As the Sales Executive at Airscope, you will play a pivotal role in the company's growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and promoting the company's services.
This role involves strategic prospecting, effective negotiation and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs, while consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs, and contributing to overall business development objectives.

Key Responsibilities
include:
* Identify & Pursue Opportunities:
Proactively source and engage new business leads and opportunities through networking, inbound/ outbound prospecting, and industry events.
* Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, key accounts, industry partners, and relevant government entities.
* Brand Representation:
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand visibility and generate leads.
* Achieve Sales Targets:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
* Build Pipeline:
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with support from the Business Development Manager by understanding client needs and aligning them with Airscope's solutions for consistent performance.
* Client Engagement & Proposals:
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, quotations and presentations with operational and technical support where required.
* Negotiate & Close Deals:
Ability to negotiate terms and pricing to secure agreements with favourable terms and conditions for both parties while fostering strong, long-term client relationships.
* Accurate Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM tools. Also ensure all sales agreements are accurately documented and compliant with company policies.
* Market Knowledge:
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings and market dynamics to position Airscope effectively and make strategic decisions.
* Internal Collaboration:
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's services and collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
