Due to a recent company merger, growth & the rollout of new campaigns, we are on the lookout for **8 x Customer Service Consultants **starting on **20th February!**
You will be taking incoming calls about all things mobile related - live chat, troubleshooting, dealing with billing issues etc. With their office open** Monday-Sunday, 8AM-8PM** you will be working on a rotating roster with excellent **penalty rates** available for weekend work & overtime. You will have 3 weeks of paid, full time training (M-F, 9am-5pm) before falling into your rotating roster.
