Currently seeking experienced Sheet Metal Ductwork Installers and Fabricators to join a well-established mechanical services contractor working across major Tier 1 commercial and industrial construction projects throughout Sydney. Due to continued project growth, multiple positions are available for both site-based installers and workshop-based fabricators. The Role Site Installers Installation of commercial HVAC ductwork on large-scale construction sites Working on Tier 1 commercial and industrial projects Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings Installation of rectangular, spiral and specialty duct systems Working safely within structured construction environments Workshop Fabricators Fabrication of sheet metal ductwork and HVAC components Working with galvanized sheet metal Operating fabrication equipment including folders, guillotines, rollers and lock formers Producing ductwork to project specifications and drawings What’s on Offer EBA pay rates Overtime and penalty rates Long-term projects across Sydney Opportunities for ongoing work Workshop and site roles available Work with a reputable contractor delivering major projects Requirements Experience in sheet metal ductwork installation or fabrication Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings White Card (for site roles) Relevant trade qualification or proven industry experience Strong commitment to safety and quality Ability to work independently and within a team Desirable HVAC / Mechanical Services trade background Experience working on large commercial construction sites EWP, Working at Heights or other construction tickets
