Key Account Manager
This is a high-profile role for an ambitious professional seeking to drive growth and develop strategic relationships with major customers. As the National Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading new product uptake and penetration, deploying brand launches, and overseeing joint business plans to achieve sales and gross profit targets.
* Lead and manage key customer accounts through strategic decision-making, effective communication, and alignment with customer expectations and campaigns.
* Drive commercial outcomes by achieving net sales and margin targets across monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.
* Coordinate across internal teams to support product launches and account initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence.
* Identify and pursue growth opportunities unique to each customer, including branded partnerships and specialty products.
* Develop and manage customer agreements, including terms negotiation, bonus stock, rebates, and contractual obligations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven track record in sales and key account management, ideally 5–10+ years in Pharmacy and/or Grocery channels, with experience in achieving sales, margin, and budget targets.
* Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with experience in business development, major negotiations, and joint business planning.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management across head office and field sales environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
* High-level analytical and problem-solving ability, with experience in evaluating promotional activity and trade spend effectiveness.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internal systems such as CRM, business intelligence, and pharma data tools.
* Skilled in using data and insights from sources like Nielsen, IRI, or Kantar to support decision-making and strategy.
