Leading electronic payment technology company, who have been providing payment solutions for more than 30 years, are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Technical Support Helpdesk Representative to join their fast paced, fun, collaborative and close knit team.
Join a team of dedicated Technical Support Helpdesk Representatives by answering incoming technical calls on Eftpos terminals, effectively and efficiently dealing with faults and seeing them through to a satisfactory conclusion.
If you have customer service experience and are tech savvy this may be the role for you - in depth training on products and technology will be provided.
**INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- Provide excellent customer service over the telephone.
- Providing first and second level technical support to all ENZ Merchants on both ANZ and ETSL products.
- Providing network support to all merchants on the ANZ Base24 system.
- Establish the customer's needs.
- Decide on appropriate action to resolve the call.
- Escalate calls when necessary to appropriate person.
- When necessary follow up to ensure resolution is achieved.
- Conclude all calls with maximum efficiency.
- Resolve conflicts with customers.
**WHAT YOU NEED**:
- Call Centre/Customer service experience
- PC Literate to at least an Intermediate Level of knowledge in Microsoft products
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and oral)
- Ability to learn new tasks and PC systems
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Customer focused
- Motivated
- Sound judgement
**DESIREABLE**
- First Level technical support experience
Whilst this is initially a 6 Month Contract it is highly likely to be extended.
