Outdoor Spaces Manager
Our ideal candidate will possess experience in grounds maintenance and landscaping to ensure our outdoor spaces remain clean, safe, and visually appealing.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills who is able to collaborate with our facilities team to create outdoor spaces that support resident well-being.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and enhance gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas to a high standard.
* Perform planting, pruning, weeding, mowing, and general landscaping tasks.
* Conduct routine inspections to identify and address gardening needs.
* Operate and maintain gardening equipment safely and effectively.
Requirements:
* Experience in general maintenance and groundskeeping (aged care experience preferred).
* Certificate IV qualification or relevant experience.
* Current valid drivers' licence.
* Australian work rights.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Flu Vaccination (or willing to obtain).
* Evidence of at least one COVID-19 vaccination.
