Programmed is currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Waste & Grounds Operator to join our valued client in Wodonga. Our client is a market leader in the production of dairy alternative milks, offering a stable role with consistent hours and excellent pay.
About the Role
You will be responsible for maintaining site cleanliness and managing waste and grounds duties to support a safe and efficient workplace.
Key duties include:
* Waste collection and disposal
* Grounds and outdoor area maintenance
* General site cleanliness and upkeep
* Operating basic equipment where required
* Following safety and environmental procedures
What We're Looking For
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Physically fit and capable of manual tasks
* Commitment to workplace safety
* Previous experience in waste, grounds, or similar roles (preferred but not essential)
