Our clinics in the Bayside area of Melbourne (Moorabbin, Mentone, Hampton, Clayton, Glen Waverley, and Mount Waverley) are currently seeking a Radiographer to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract! As the area's main provider of radiology services, you will be exposed to a multitude of unique and interesting cases.
Reporting to the Chief Technologist, in this role you will be responsible for driving high quality and efficient imaging services across a range of modalities including X-Ray, CT and MRI. The role is Monday to Friday, working 7.6 hour shifts between 8am – 6:00pm, with optional weekend work and overtime.
Key responsibilities:
1. Managing patients and operating specialised medical imaging equipment such as General X-Ray, CT, MRI and Mammography.

3. Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers

Key selection criteria:
12. Current relevant Radiography Radiation licence and professional registration
13. Appropriate qualifications in Medical Imaging Technology/Diagnostic Medical Radiography
14. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of health professionals and corporate staff
15. Previous experience in MR and Mammography is advantageous but not essential
