Overview

Administration Officer – Tweed Heads South, Lismore & Far North Coast NSW (multiple locations mentioned).

Responsibilities

- Answer phones, manage outcomes to caller requests.
- Manage all Wages—incl. APEX Hourly Rate changes, Wages Weekly Tracker Report
- Weekly Reporting based on Wages (Job Costing Report, Pipeline, Pays Summary)
- Update missing TFN (and Super, Bank Details, Email address, phone) for employees
- Setup jobs in files and create in XERO and map to Wageloch
- Regularly maintain all filing
- Regularly maintain all Excel Spreadsheets
- Regularly maintain and update Outlook Calendar with reminders
- Bank for Petty Cash run
- Balance petty cash on excel spreadsheet
- Write out travel receipts for petty cash (Russ to sign)
- Grocery store run for bathroom and kitchen items
- Entering all supplier invoices into MYOB and XERO ensure job code is used and delivery dockets are attached where applicable
- Enter and maintain supplier cards in MYOB AND XERO ensuring an expenses account is set for each supplier (when required)
- Payment of all bills (weekly and monthly)
- Tidy MYOB files by ensuring invoices have been allocated to the correct accounts
- All archiving of old documents
- Managing work mobile accounts/ fuel cards
- Enter invoices and manage invoices/receipts for cars
- Enter all Credit Card Statements and manage Invoices/receipts
- Managing social media and company website (oversight)
- Qleave updated on line – Annual Workers Return
- Qleave hourly reports requested for annual leave (or terminated employees)
- Managing all documents e.g. speed sheets for management
- Payment of child Support via BPAY
- Enter hours into Master timesheets
- Pay runs (Including ABA files and NAB Processing)
- Add current employees into XERO, Wages, hard file and soft file
- Terminate employees within XERO & Wages and archiving hard and soft files
