The Devonport Community Health Centre is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team.
The Mersey-Leven Community Health Nursing and Home Care service operates within a primary health framework to deliver nursing and home care services to clients within our catchment area.
Nursing care includes medication assistance, management of chronic and complex wounds (including Negative Pressure Wound Therapy), management of venous access devices (PIVC/CVAD), indwelling and suprapubic catheter changes and management, palliative care (including syringe driver management), post-acute care following discharge from hospital and medication management including support and management of medication via various routes and devices.
The role requires the provision of safe quality, clinically appropriate nursing care in partnership with patients/clients, their families and other health professionals within the defined community practice area.
