With over 20 years of experience as a leading provider of electrical services across NSW, ACT, and Northern NSW, we are looking for an Electrical Supervisor ready to contribute to our continued success.
The Position
As a key member of our team, you will be on the front lines, coordinating and leading service delivery from electrical and data installations to intricate maintenance procedures. You will use your expertise to provide exceptional service and communications to clients across the Lismore Region, making a real impact with every project.
Key responsibilities
* Site Management & Oversight: Oversee day‑to‑day operations of delegated work sites, monitor progress and address breakdown/site calls promptly.
* Technical Execution: Perform electrical works across various sites and industries, liaise with customers to determine requirements, and manage and execute with staff as necessary.
* Resource & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate materials and personnel, assist with pricing for service and project work, and complete pre‑invoicing processes.
* Safety, Compliance & Quality: Maintain a safe environment by rigorously following WH&S standards, ensure compliance with regulations, ISO certifications and company policies; provide staff performance management and technical guidance.
* Stakeholder Management & Professionalism: Maintain high client satisfaction through effective communication, support workforce planning, assist recruitment and onboarding, and attend toolbox meetings and training.
* Travel: Willingness to travel as required, including occasional overnight stays.
Qualifications and Essential Criteria
* Permanent right to work in Australia
* Current electrical licence
* Experience in plant and electrical installations in an industrial environment
* Experience in problem solving and fault‑finding in electrical circuits
* Current driver's licence
* Current CPR & LVR certificate
