About the Role
As the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for the hospital. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will:
* Operate the hospital switchboard and manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency.
* Provide accurate information and assistance to patients, visitors, and staff.
* Deliver administrative support across key departments.
What You will Bring
We are looking for someone who is warm, reliable, and thrives in a busy environment. You will need to be a team player with excellent communication and time management skills, and a genuine passion for customer service.
You will also have:
* Previous experience in a switchboard or reception environment (hospital or corporate preferred).
* Clear and articulate phone manner with strong enunciation and etiquette.
* Great listening skills and sharp attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage queries or issues confidently and professionally.
