The Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Laboratory Supervisor to lead our exceptional embryology team. This is a unique opportunity to join a progressive organisation where your expertise will directly contribute to life-changing outcomes for our patients.
This is a full-time position; however part time will be considered for the right candidate.
Reporting to the Scientific Director – WA, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art laboratory, ensuring excellence in scientific outcomes and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the embryology team to deliver best-in-class results and patient experiences.
* Oversee daily laboratory operations and resource coordination.
* Supervise and perform laboratory and clinical embryology activities.
* Drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with RTAC and NATA standards.
* Collaborate with Scientific Directors and clinical specialists to optimise workflows.
* Mentor and develop scientific staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
* Review and maintain protocols to ensure cutting-edge practices and outcomes.
* Participate in weekend and public holiday rosters.

About You
You are a highly motivated, resilient and detail-oriented leader with a passion for science and patient care. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to driving innovation and quality.
Essential Criteria
* Undergraduate science qualification in biological sciences with relevant postgraduate studies.
* Experience in managing or supervising an embryology laboratory (highly desirable).
* Minimum of 3 years experience of ART clinical laboratory experience in an RTAC accredited laboratory
* Strong knowledge of IVF laboratory practices and continuing education.
* Familiarity with RTAC and NATA requirements.
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Strategic thinker with problem-solving ability and high attention to detail.
