- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Analyze customers' financial needs and recommend suitable banking products and services to meet their requirements.
- Process various banking transactions, including account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
- Cross-sell and promote the bank's products and services to existing customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and financial regulations.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to address customer inquiries and concerns.
