We are seeking highly skilled and motivated professionals to fill Senior Policy, Property and Project Officer roles within the APS 6 level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on policy and project analysis
* Develop and implement strategic asset management plans, including facilities and project management
* Engage with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
* Offer financial, procurement, contract and vendor advice and management
Branch Specific Responsibilities:
* Property Management and Projects Branch: Whole of lifecycle strategic property asset management, facilities management, leasing, project delivery, environmental and heritage management, remediation and divestment
* Property Frameworks and Services Branch: Management and stewardship of key whole of government property policy, frameworks and legislation; development of strategic property policy options
* Climate Action and Property Data Branch: Leading the APS Net Zero commitment, greenhouse gas emissions reporting, introducing climate disclosure requirements, managing Commonwealth property data and administration of the Australian Government Property Register
