Who you are
We are seeking a experienced leader who can take full ownership of the design and delivery process. This role sits at the intersection of design thinking and technical execution, perfect for someone who wants to lead complex projects across all phases, from concept through to completion.
You’ll play a key leadership role in our Perth studio, working closely with national teams and consultants to shape and deliver projects that matter.
Key responsibilities
* Lead the full lifecycle of architectural projects from briefing and concept design through to delivery and construction
* Coordinate and manage internal teams, consultants and client expectations
* Champion design quality while maintaining timelines, budgets and compliance
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio culture
* Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
* Take ownership of project reporting, risk management and performance tracking
What we’re looking for
* 10+ years post-graduate experience, with at least 5 years leading design projects
* Experience across concept design, design development, documentation and construction phases
* Strong Revit capability and confidence working in a BIM environment
* Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and consultants
* Registered Architect (preferred)
* Strong organisational, time management and client-facing skills
* Based in Perth, with strong local knowledge and networks
