The Role

This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring accuracy and correct representation of the brand. Key responsibilities include:

* Supporting the Head of Brand & Marketing with organising and running both internal and external events
* Coordinating calendars for the marketing team, floor planner, photographer, videographer, and external suppliers
* Proofreading and cross-checking content material (floor plans, videos etc.) to ensure accuracy and quality
* Creating presentations for business meetings and auction nights
* Liaising with the team to organise and attend local marketing activations, events, and auction nights
* Assisting the social media specialist with any administrative needs such as content writing and proofreading
* Communicating internal Friday Fitness announcements and coordinating times and attendance
* Coordinating with the Photographer and various teams to set up internal staff photoshoots
* Supporting the Head of Brand & Marketing with any overflow tasks as and when required
* Liaising with HR in relation to new staff and managing the set-up of any marketing requirements
* General administrative tasks to assist with the efficient running of the marketing team

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need:

- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must work well under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrate confidence - be assertive yet professional and friendly.
- Previous experience within Real Estate and/or marketing is preferred.
- Accurate attention to detail.
- Creative eye and willingness to express ideas.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to thrive within a professional and fast-paced environment.
- Must be presentable and mature-minded.
- Experience in content writing and proofreading is desired.
