Job Title: Delivery Driver
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to trade customers.

Your typical day will involve coordinating and managing deliveries, maintaining a safe work environment, and delivering exceptional customer service.

* Coordinate and manage deliveries to trade customers.
* Maintain a safe work environment at all times.
* Deliver products safely to trade customers, including workshops and dealerships.
* Promote products and marketing activities when delivering products.
* Assist the team with other tasks such as processing orders, dispatching products, processing credits, and customer enquiries.
\
This role requires physical ability to perform duties including lifting, bending, climbing, and safe driving/machine operation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Ability to multitask and prioritize deliveries based on urgency.
* Customer service mindset; build strong relationships with customers.
* Be friendly and knowledgeable about products.
* Comfort working independently.
* Physical capacity to perform duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature).
* Conscious of workplace safety always.
* Ongoing commitment to safe driving practices.
* Hold a current/valid driver's license (manual preferred).
* Previous customer service experience within a trade/mechanical environment is desirable.
* Available Monday to Friday and flexible to work other days if requested.
