We are currently seeking applications to join our Western Australian Operations, working on an 8/6 Roster
Responsibilities
* Train and assess Byrnecut employees and associated personnel to comply with the requirements of the Project Safety / Environmental Management Plan and organisational policies and procedures
* Assist in the development of the knowledge, skills and abilities of employees and associated personnel in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
* Complete safety and competency assessment documentation and records in accordance with the requirements of the INX Safety Management System
* Adhere to the requirements of the Project Safety / Environmental Management Plan and actively promote and maintain a positive safety culture and continuous safety improvement at site
* Actively participate in risk assessments and site-specific procedures development as required by the Project Manager
* Consistently promote organisational policies, procedures and objectives to site employees and associated personnel as required
* Create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment that empowers every participant.
Requirements
* Current C Class Western Australian Driver's Licence.
* TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
* Relevant Maintenance Trade Qualification.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in mobile maintenance, heavy diesel, or mechanicalfitting within a mining environment.
* Experience in an underground maintenance environment is preferred but not essential
* Strong understanding of maintenance systems, isolation procedures, and mobile equipment operations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Computer proficiency in training systems, databases, and Microsoft applications.
* Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
