We're seeking enthusiastic graduates from various disciplines to join our 2026 Graduate intake. The program offers hands-on experience in multiple business aspects, including horticulture, agronomy, growing, harvesting, irrigation, and safety and quality teams.
Program Structure
The Rotational Graduate Program consists of three six-month rotations across different produce categories at various locations across Australia. You will work alongside industry-leading professionals, gaining exposure to diverse produce and climates.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist with crop planning, pest management, irrigation, and soil management.
* Set up field trials to test new crop varieties, fertilizers, pesticides, and techniques.
* Monitor crop health, diagnose issues (pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies).
* Collect and analyze data on crop performance and yield.
* Product Quality: understanding of product defects and their effects on quality scores.
* Harvest planning, coordination, and supervision.
* Develop and monitor post-harvest techniques to reduce spoilage and maintain freshness.
* Conduct inspections for hygiene, contamination, pesticide residues, and microbial quality.
