About the role
We're looking for a proactive leader to strengthen our aged care quality systems, coordinate operational planning, and build strong relationships across the aged care sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both quality improvement and strategic coordination.
You will lead continuous quality improvement across our aged and community care services. Oversee Continuous Improvement Registers, quality actions, and audit readiness. Support policy, procedure, and training development aligned with legislation and standards that drives high quality participant care
The role is responsible for coordinating operational planning across the aged care leadership team. Including develop project plans, reporting rhythms, and measurement frameworks. Lead regular project stand‑ups to track progress, identify risks, and resolve barriers early.
In this role you will build strong relationships with assessors, hospital teams, and referral partners. Manage partnerships with Support at Home providers. Work with Marketing and Insights teams to support targeted acquisition campaigns.
You will lead a small team by fostering a constructive, supportive, and improvement‑focused culture that encourages accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Work closely and collaboratively with leaders across the aged care leadership team, ensuring strong communication, shared priorities, and a unified approach to delivering safe, high‑quality services.
