Their Australian division is undergoing strategic growth and seeks a bilingual leader to enhance market development and drive associate engagement.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth in the Australian market.


• Lead and mentor a high-performing Market Development team.


• Identify and support emerging leaders through tailored coaching and development.


• Design and deliver impactful training programs and roadshows for associates at all levels.


• Oversee recognition programs including awards, incentive trips, and celebratory events.


• Manage onboarding processes in collaboration with marketing and HQ teams.


• Foster strong, ongoing relationships with associates and keep them aligned with company goals.


• Analyse competitor trends and provide insights to senior leadership.


• Represent the company at local and international events, including weekends and evenings.


• Maintain budgets and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Desired Skills and Attributes


• Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal).


• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or health sciences.


• At least 8 years of sales experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role.


• Strategic thinker with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.


• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven.


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.


• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms used in marketing and development.


• Confident, motivated, and team-oriented with a positive outlook.
