Our Brendale Head Office and main manufacturing and warehousing facility are complemented by warehousing in Perth and Melbourne. We are a privately owned family business in this industry for just over 20 years.
What we are looking for

Key Responsibilities
* Picking and packing orders to align with quality assurance standards.
* Loading and unloading trucks, responsible for signing freight in and out.
* Product assembly and transferring manufactured stock between warehouses.
* Accepting goods received, packing in designated locations.
* Monitor frequently used stock levels.
* Show initiative to notify low stock items.
* Maintaining a clean and tidy, efficiently run warehouse.
* Order picking/packing to priority and delivery schedules.
* Follow through on picked orders, updating logistics.
* Alerting management regarding any issues with order picks immediately.
* Working within a team to deliver on priority and urgent deadlines.
* Being adaptable when deliverable priorities change.
Skills and Experience
* Previous warehouse/stores experience.
* Current forklift licence is desirable or show willingness to obtain.
* Current driver's licence.
* Current first aid certificate is desirable or show willingness to obtain.
* Experience in loading and unloading and how to secure loads properly.
* Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual tasks every day.
* Various plant and machinery experience would be an advantage.
* Experience using various power tools would be an advantage.
* Experience working within a fast‑paced environment.
* Ability to plan and organise/prioritise, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
* Basic computer and literacy skills.
* Adaptable to priority changes.
* A strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with health and safety, and chain of responsibility.
* Team player, willing to help others when required.
* Strong commitment to adhere to all company policies and procedures.
* Willing to carry out ad‑hoc tasks where required.
* Leadership/supervisor experience would be looked upon favourably.
