We're on the lookout for a People and Culture Business Analyst to join our dynamic and mission-led organisation, focused on delivering exceptional care to older Australians.This permanent part-time role (3 days a week) offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape workforce strategies that support growth, compliance and culture across our growing aged care network.About the RoleAs the People and Culture Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in building and tracking insightful HR metrics and dashboards that inform strategic decision-making across the business. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you’ll collaborate closely with P&C teams (WHS, OD, Recruitment), as well as Finance, Operations, and Quality, to ensure the organisation is guided by timely, accurate and actionable data.You’ll support business planning, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and lead data integrations linked to new systems or acquisitions — all while helping ensure that our people strategies align with our vision: A world where the elderly feel respected, valued and enjoy a quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain HR dashboards using tools like Power BIBuild and report on key People & Culture KPIs from multiple systems (HRIS, payroll, recruitment)Design and automate reports that provide clear and actionable insightsEnsure data is current, accurate and aligned with organisational prioritiesPartner with P&C, Finance, Operations, Quality and other stakeholdersTranslate people data into insights that support workforce planning, compliance, learning and developmentProvide insights and recommendations on trends, risks and opportunitiesRegularly review and enhance reporting frameworks and processesContribute to the development and roll-out of new HR and safety systemsSupport major integration projects related to business acquisitionsDeliver ad-hoc analysis and support strategic initiatives across the businessRequired ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business Analytics, HR, Data Science, or related fieldMinimum 7 years of procurement/analytics experience, with at least 3 years in healthcare or aged careStrong background managing medical/allied health vendors, procurement systems and contract administrationProven understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and Modern Slavery complianceAdvanced user of Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics toolsStrong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skillsDesired AttributesHighly organised and self-motivatedStrong commercial acumen and systems thinkingAble to work independently and as part of a cross-functional teamPassionate about innovation, data, and people-centred outcomesWhat We OfferFlexible part-time hoursRemote working optionsA values-driven culture that truly puts people firstOpportunity to contribute to meaningful aged care reformScope to shape reporting frameworks and drive innovationOur Mission & ValuesWe exist “to care for the elderly in our communities in an environment of respect, value and belonging.”We live by our values every day: Respect, Care, Teamwork, Courage, Integrity, Innovation, and Excellence.
