* Full-time, continuing position
* Starting salary – Level D: $164,814, Level E: $211,272 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About You
You are an experienced and driven academic with a track record of excellence in research, scholarship, teaching, and academic leadership. Using your strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, you foster a high performance and collaborative culture among your peers. Your integrity and professionalism will contribute significantly to the advancement of the University's nursing discipline.
About the Role
Reporting to the Dean of Programs, you will make distinguished contributions to UniSA Clinical and Health Sciences teaching strategy and research development in the area of nursing. You will take a leadership role in the design, development, and delivery of engaging, best-in-class curricula to enhance student learning outcomes. A significant role in scholarship, research, academic administration and professional activities will also be required. You will make substantial research contributions, actively strengthening the unit's research profile and expanding its capacity.
An appointment will be made at Academic Level D or E, dependent on the qualifications, skills and experience of the successful applicant. Please refer to the position description for specific criteria.

To Be Successful You Will Need
* A PhD qualification and a national and international record of achievement in a research field relevant to nursing
* Demonstrated success as an academic leader and developing a culture of teaching and learning excellence
* An established track record in securing external funding and conducting high quality research and scholarly activity
* Expertise in a range of contemporary in-person and online teaching methodologies
* Demonstrated experience and outcomes related to the successful supervision of HDR students
* Ability to disseminate research to a range of audiences through peer-review publications, presentations and consumer engagement events to research consumers internal and external to the University
