We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineering Projects Manager to lead a small asset owner projects team on the delivery of critical offshore infrastructure packages and brownfields capital and maintenance projects. This role will manage the replacement and installation, and a large fabric maintenance campaign. This role requires strong project delivery capabilities, contractor management experience, a practical understanding of offshore installation methodologies and brownfields maintenance project delivery.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver project scoping and definition of technical requirements for infrastructure packages.
* Deliver assurance gate documentation and support project decision approvals.
* Manage project budgets, schedules, cost estimates, and tracking systems.
* Manage the coordination and oversight of multiple contractors, ensuring safe and efficient field execution.
* Manage quality assurance processes across all phases of the project.
* Manage regulatory support to ensure internal and external compliance with relevant approvals and processes.
* Manage the full lifecycle: design, construction, tow-out, and offshore installation.
* Oversee the safe and compliant disposal of the existing infrastructure.
* Manage contract execution and installation.
* Manage diving contractors and support teams (saturation diving experience beneficial but not essential).

Experience & Skills Required
* Proven team leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
* Proven experience in Management of Offshore Projects with proven project delivery within offshore oil & gas or marine infrastructure.
* A minimum of 9+ years of offshore oil & gas project management experience is required.
* Strong background in field execution and contractor management, including dive support, heavy lift, and marine operations.
* Demonstrated capability in managing package management and installation methodologies.
* Proven proficiency in:
o Project budgeting, scheduling, cost estimating, and tracking
o Risk management and assurance gate deliverables
o Project decision-making and approvals
o Familiarity with quality assurance processes and regulatory frameworks to support approvals and compliance.
* Management and/or leadership in capital project delivery
* Field experience in offshore installations
* Exposure to diving operations and marine logistics
* Ability to engage with market vendors and service providers
