Job Title: Business Development Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of selling products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to discuss product offerings and identify sales opportunities.
* Identify customer needs and tailor your pitch to provide suitable solutions.
* Maintain a persuasive and enthusiastic attitude to engage clients effectively.
* Accurately record customer information and feedback in our CRM system.
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
* Follow up with leads in a timely manner to convert them to sales.
* Provide ongoing reports to management regarding call outcomes and sales activities.
* Continuously enhance product knowledge to better address customer inquiries and objections.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in business development or similar sales role, preferably in cold calling.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle objections and maintain composure under pressure.
* Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve individual and team targets.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking software.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
