Who We're Looking For:
Graduate Registered Nurses
- Newly AHPRA-registered
- Ready to learn and grow in a supportive environment
- Interested in building practical aged care experience
Experienced Registered Nurses
- Bring aged care or clinical experience
- Want to take on more autonomy or leadership responsibilities
- Are open to new settings and community-driven care
Essential Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Aged care experience (preferred, not essential for graduates)
- Must have full Australian working rights
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
