Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed client consultations to assess individual hair goals, preferences, and lifestyle, providing tailored style and treatment recommendations. Expertly cut, shape, and style hair using a variety of traditional and modern techniques to deliver customised results for each client. Apply a wide range of colouring methods, including highlights, lowlights, balayage, and full-colour applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety protocols. Conduct chemical hair treatments such as straightening, relaxing, and keratin smoothing treatments, strictly following safety procedures and product guidelines. Deliver specialised treatments for hair and scalp care, such as deep conditioning, revitalising masks, and therapeutic scalp massage. Advise clients on hair maintenance and aftercare, demonstrating strong product knowledge and recommending appropriate salon products for home use. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of tools and workstations, following salon standards and health regulations at all times. Provide outstanding client service by establishing rapport, addressing questions or concerns, and creating a welcoming and professional salon environment.
