Account Manager (Print Marketing and Advertising)
Are you a dynamic and passionate individual with experience in marketing, communications, print marketing, and client service? Fusion is seeking a talented Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years' experience operating in Melbourne to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage client accounts and develop strong, long-term relationships with empathy consideration and strategic client partnership escalation.
2. Coordinate marketing communications and print marketing projects, POS & creative briefing to our procurement & production teams.
3. Provide exceptional client service and maintain a deep understanding of client needs.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising and marketing projects.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing communications and client service.
2. Proven track record of success in managing client accounts and marketing projects.
3. Creative and empathetic communicator with a strong understanding of client needs.
4. Demonstrated expertise in print marketing and advertising with creative flair and can work autonomously with our OS teams and local clients.
