Job Opportunity:
The Human Resources Advisor role is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for delivering expert HR, ER and IR advice, support and training to various business units. Key objectives include planning, coordinating and facilitating ER/IR activities, as well as developing annual training plans and organizing learning & development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing comprehensive annual training plans aligned with business objectives.
* Identifying skill gaps and training needs, and implementing strategies to address these.
* Organizing and facilitating training programs, including in-house sessions and sourcing external courses.
* Preparing detailed training reports and analysis to inform future decision-making.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources / Business or relevant experience.
* Strong background in coaching and mentoring.
* Excellent administration and organization skills.
* Ability to build rapport quickly and easily with employees at all levels.
