The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of a golf course, pro shop, driving range and padel courts in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires exceptional operational leadership, strong communication skills and the ability to manage people and operations across multiple facilities.
* Operate and maintain golf and padel facilities
* Manage stock control, stakeholder relationships and workplace health and safety
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
* 4+ years of experience within the sport/recreation industry and management experience
