Core Talent is partnering with a well-established civil contractor with a strong and growing pipeline of subdivision and urban development projects across the Moreton Bay Region.
Due to continued workload, they are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee day‐to‐day site operations and help deliver high‐quality subdivision projects.
The Role
As a Civil Supervisor, you'll be hands‐on and site‐based, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and plant to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. This role will suit someone with a solid background in subdivisions or bulk earthworks who enjoys leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily site operations
* Manage civil crews, subcontractors, and plant on site
* Deliver bulk earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and services installation
* Ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance
* Liaise closely with Project Managers and Engineers to achieve project milestones
About You
* Proven experience delivering subdivision or urban development projects
* Strong understanding of earthworks, drainage, road construction, and services
* Confident leading teams and communicating with site and office staff
* White Card and current Driver's Licence essential
* Plant tickets or site supervision qualifications highly regarded
