Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team and lead our kitchen in delivering top-quality meals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, cook, and present meals according to menu specifications and quality standards.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and ensuring all tasks are completed in line with food safety regulations.
* Manage kitchen inventory, ordering food, and maintaining stock levels within budget.
* Work closely with the Venue Manager to plan menus and oversee kitchen operations.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen to comply with health and safety regulations.
* Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet the restaurant's standards.
* Handle customer feedback and make adjustments as necessary to enhance the dining experience.

What We're Looking For:
* A minimum qualification of Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, Diploma preferred.
* At least 3 years of previous experience working as a Chef in a commercial kitchen environment.
* A passionate, career-focused chef who thrives in a dynamic kitchen setting.
* Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and modern cooking techniques.
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $77,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
