Clifton Crust N Cream Bakery is a well-loved local bakery in the heart of Clifton Beach, known for our fresh artisan bread, pastries, and cakes. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Time Baker to join our friendly team.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced baker who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team. You will be responsible for producing a variety of baked goods to a high standard, ensuring consistency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and bake a range of breads, pastries, and cakes.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients.
* Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet daily production schedules.
* Ensure compliance with food safety standards and workplace health & safety.
About You
* Trade qualification or equivalent experience in baking.
* Strong knowledge of bread and pastry production.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* A positive attitude and team-focused approach.
* Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
