Seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in South Australia. This key role involves managing a defined territory of retail stores, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales performance. As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for executing promotional plans, ensuring in-store excellence, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a defined geographical area of stores within South Australia, ensuring territory sales targets are met or exceeded.
* Implement and maintain best-in-class execution across product visibility, availability, planogram compliance, and promotional activity.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with store managers, group buyers, and key decision-makers to drive brand advocacy and sales growth.
* Use sales data and reporting tools to identify opportunities, track performance, and support fact-based selling.
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, category management, and logistics to deliver tailored solutions and ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
* Experience as a Sales Representative, Territory Manager, or Business Development Executive.
* Proven experience managing a territory of Independent Grocery retailers.
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and data-driven decision-making.
* Ability to work autonomously in the field and manage a flexible schedule.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and CRM/reporting systems.
* Current driver's license and willingness to travel across South Australia as required.
