About the Role
As a skilled Building Maintenance Planner, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing planned maintenance programs for building assets.
This position requires strong analytical skills to ensure that all assets are maintained to meet legislative requirements and defined levels of service outlined in our Asset Management Strategy and site-specific maintenance plans.
* Develop and implement asset management strategies, operational budgets, and capital expenditures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards for built infrastructure and building services.
* Provide specialist maintenance planning services to inform the development and management of asset management strategies, ensuring high-quality delivery outcomes tailored to specific operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
1. Current C Class Driver's Licence.
2. Qualifications in Asset Management or extensive industry experience in asset management planning.
3. Commitment to quality service outcomes by tailoring delivery methodology to specific operational challenges.
4. High-level experience in asset management planning for built infrastructure and building services.
5. Skills in planning internal and external resources, materials, and managing budgets.
6. Experience in researching and developing detailed maintenance management plans.
7. Contract administration skills including contract tender and negotiation, contract performance management, variation management, and dispute resolution.
8. Able to plan, prioritize, and achieve business objectives in a team environment.
